When you commission a project with Vainuus, the specific details — scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment — will be clearly set out in a written proposal or agreement that both parties confirm before work begins. A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required to secure your start date and allow us to dedicate our full attention to your project.
Once your final invoice is settled in full, the completed deliverables — your website, designs, and associated files — belong to you. We are proud of the work we create and may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to in writing.
We commit to delivering our services with care, skill, and professionalism. At the same time, we want to be honest with you: we cannot guarantee specific results such as particular search engine rankings or revenue figures, as these depend on many factors beyond any agency’s control. What we can promise is that we will always give your project our very best.
